We know there has been plenty of research on ‘hard skills’ in the outdoors but less attention has been paid to facilitation or ‘soft skills’ in this area. Mandi’s work aims to identify the range of soft skill training currently being undertaken across the country and to highlight any deficiencies that may exist.
