The 2025 Australian Camps Association (ACA) National Conference, will be held

Tuesday 9th September through to Thursday 11th of September 2025.

The venue is Rydges Geelong, Victoria.

Tuesday 9th September:

Pre-Conference Camp Tours

Est Departure from Rydges Geelong 9:30am return approximately 4pm

Wednesday 10th September:

Day 1 Conferencing

Registrations open 8am 

Opening Session from 9am

Evening Function: off-site 5:30pm, delegates to make own way to venue.

Thursday 11th September:

Day 2 Conferencing

Registrations open 8am 

Opening Session from 9am

Conference close est. 4:30pm
