In the next couple of years, supporting camps with managing food allergies in their catering operations will be a focus area of the National Allergy Council’s food service program.
This webinar will cover what we’ve found out so far about the key challenges for camps, updated training, new resources available and what is planned next. We’d like to hear from you to help guide our work.
We’ll also give an update on some other exciting things in the pipeline including developing Best Practice Guidelines for food allergen management in food service in Australia, which Australian Camps Association is part of!
