The future is exciting with more and more schools wanting children to have genuine experiences, a kind of back to earth experience.

The property sits near the centre of where European agricultural development began, we share this and other stories dating from 1822 when the farm was established. Our stories are central to the experience.

Our aim is to teach how the need for food and water security, and the ability of grazing animals to sequester carbon in our soil as well as the role farming can have in protecting our environment. The property is a working farm, we produce beef and lamb and we integrate education into our narrative, taking you on a journey
