NVW is a UK registered charity with over 10,000 volunteers placed worldwide. Every NVW placement involves volunteering with children and young people, and our camp volunteers are outdoor minded 18 to 30 year olds who arrive ready to help deliver activities, sports and outdoor education, share fresh cultural perspectives, and bring genuine energy to camp life.

We manage the entire journey, from volunteer screening, interviews and preparation through to visa sponsorship and ongoing support before, during and after each placement. Your team can focus on delivering outstanding camp experiences while we handle the rest.
