The JDP approach means that each experience is carefully designed, using our evidence based framework, to achieve each groupÂ’s goals. Challenge is appropriate, curiosity is invited and an unexpected openness is created in every program, so that participants can thrive. If you can imagine it, we can make it work. Using our comprehensive meta-program as the foundation, we craft tailored experiences that balance activities across multiple intelligences. Unique, transformational development experiences. We offer authentic experiential education experiences that seamlessly blend personal development and wellbeing with group effectiveness. Our programs are carefully tailored to complement and amplify your organisation values, focusing on achieving your specific objectives in parallel to delivering your own content. Nestled in picturesque outdoor settings, you can break through the clutter of the day-to-day, arrive to learn and grow and do just that. Whether the setting is an introductory hike or one of our more advanced programs, the integrity of our methodology remains. This creates a rich learning environment that aligns with your school's unique objectives and culture. We truly believe our approach is unique. Positive psychology is ingrained in everything we do from hiring the right people, to the depth of our training and delivery of our vast range of experiential learning programs. If youÂ’re responsible for school camps, outdoor journeys, grad intake programs or any form of group development work - the JDP approach is for you.
Based out of Kinglake West but not bound to any site we travel to iconic National Park locations to facilitate our programs. We visit some popular destinations that include The Grampians, Wilsons Promontory, The Whitsundays & Freycinet National Park but are not limited by these favourites.
