Escape the everyday and have your next camp in a Medieval Castle! Welcome to Kryal Castle where we bring the past to life and shed some light on the dark ages. Specialising in fun, hands on, F-10 curriculum based experiences and modules including Medieval Jousts, Birds of Prey Demonstrations, Sword Training, Archery, Medieval Theatre and so much more! With close to 30 activities to choose from, whether you are spending 1 night or 4 nights at the castle your camp is sure to be jam packed full of myth, magic and adventure!

Located just outside of Ballarat, and approximately one hour's drive from Melbourne, Kryal Castle is set on the side of Mt Warrenheip, camps can enjoy beautiful views over Ballarat and the surrounding countryside from the Castle grounds. Within our Castle walls the Barracks offer Bunk style accommodation for up to 52 students and 4 teacher/adults. Teachers have individual rooms in the commanders quarters with double beds, smart TVs, basic tea and coffee facilities, microwave, toaster and ensuite bathrooms. If you have a few more in your group, we can arrange accommodation for a further 47 students and 5 teachers/adults in our castle Suites, on site just next to the Barracks. In total we can accommodate for up to 99 students and 9 teachers/adults.
