• I agree to the cancellation policy- ‘Full refund will be provided for bookings cancelled prior to more than a month out from program date. Cancellations made within a month of the prorgam date but more than two weeks prior to the program date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Great Getaway registration fee. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the program date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the Great Getaway registration fee (inc GST)’. 
• I understand that submission of this booking form does not gurantee my place on the selected program until written confirmation from the Australian Camps Association is received and payment is made.
