An Australian company called Law Squared has released an open sourced Pandemic / Epidemic Policy and an Employment Guide.
This Pandemic / Epidemic Policy outlines the strategies and actions that business can/should take to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases that are epidemics or pandemics, and control the transmission of infectious diseases when a case/s is identified.

The Employment Guide is to assist businesses in understanding the current case law and Fair Work position to ensure that they do not run into issues forcing staff to take leave without pay, or sick leave, particularly in circumstances whereby direction to stay at home comes from the business without a team member testing positive to COVID-19 or feeling unwell.
