Cancellations resulting from COVID-19: General Legal Advice and FAQs
The ACA has commissioned legal opinion around a range of scenarios to do with cancellations resulting from COVID 19. This opinion supersedes the Statement of Advice to Members made by the Australian Camps Association on 19th March 2020.
Please be aware that different states have different approaches to this matter, and also bear in mind that since most operators have different Ts and Cs, the advice cannot be entirely prescriptive.
